Download & installation
Once payment is confirmed, your private confirmation page offers separate Mac and Windows downloads. Save that page privately to generate a fresh link if a download expires.
Quit your DAW before installation. On Mac, open the .pkg. On Windows, open the .exe. Restart your DAW, rescan plug-ins if needed, and look for Aubrey Fry → Nine Frequency Lab.
If Windows blocks the unsigned installer, contact support for help before proceeding. Never disable your security software to install it.
